Blueberry Custard Pie

3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 cups flour

1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of blueberry
Confectioners sugar
1 tsp Baking soda 

Separate egg yolks and whites, whip the whites very well until they become a foam.

In a separate bowl mix soft butter with egg yolks and sugar. In a third bowl combine flour and soda. Then add milk to the flour mixture. When mixed well, add the yolk mixture, combine, and add the whites mixture at the end.

Cover the baking dish with some butter, pour in the batter and add the blueberries. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar if desired. Bake for 20 minutes on 390˚ F.
