This deep pink mocktail is made w/ fresh dragon fruit puree, lime juice, and non-alcoholic white rum. It's perfect for any occasion, adding a splash of color and flavor to your celebrations!

ingredients

  • 2 ounces n/a white rum
  • 3/4 ounces of lime juice, fresh
  • 2 ounces coconut water
  • 2 ounces dragon fruit puree
  • 3/4 ounce dragon fruit syrup
  • Edible rose gold glitter

Method

  • Step 1

    Place coupe glass in freezer and allow to chill. In a small saucepan simmer 4 oz of water and handful of frozen dragon fruit chunks. Bring to a light boil and remove from heat.

  • Step 2

    Allow to completely cool before transferring to a glass. In a cocktail shaker add n/a white rum, coconut water, lime juice, dragon fruit syrup, dragon fruit puree, edible glitter, and ice.

  • Step 3

    Shake until chilled. Remove the coupe from the freezer and serve in the chilled glass.
