Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 18 ounce gutted and clean whole sea bass
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 3 sprigs dill
  • 6 lime wedges for garnish
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp fresh ground pepper

Dressing

ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 ounce fresh oregano
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tabelspoons extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Season the fish with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2

    Rub with oil and insert the dill sprigs in the gut of the fish

  • Step 3

    Set aside and marinate for 5 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Combine minced garlic, chopped oregano, and other dressing ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

  • Step 5

    Grill for about 7 minutes on each side.

  • Step 6

    Serve and top with lime wedges and dressing.
