Recipe Card

Dough

ingredients

  • 22 gram Oat flour
  • 22 gram Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 15 gram Unsweetened Cacao
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 10 gram Sweetener (erythritol)
  • 2 tablespoons Oat milk
  • a pinch of Salt

Vanilla filling

ingredients

  • 60 gram Philadelphia light
  • 12 teaspoon Vanilla powder (if you want more protein you can use casein vanilla powder. If you do, you need to have maybe 1 tbsp and more Philadelphia)
  • 1 teaspoon Icing sugar (Sweetener Sukrin melis)

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 150°C (302°F) and line one baking tray with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, mix everything together to a sticky dough.

  • Step 3

    On a parchment paper, make around 10 balls and press them out to equal size. Bake for 10 minutes.

  • Step 4

    While the cookies are in the oven it is time to do the filling. Just mix Philadelphia light, vanilla powder (or protein casein vanilla powder but then you need to have more, maybe 1 tbsp) and icing sweetener.

  • Step 5

    Cut the cookies in half and spread the filling between.
