Ingredients:

Macaroni

Tomato sauce

Assorted vegetables, like peas and corn

Vegan Parmesan Crumb (recipe below)

 

 

Vegan Parmesan Crumb

1/4 cup raw walnuts

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/4 tsp sea salt

Place all ingredeints in a high speed processor or blender. Blitz until well combined into a fine crumb. Store covered in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
