Grapefruit liqueur and lime are both wonderful bridges between the Cardamom syrup and the blanco tequila. There is a real warmth in this flavor profile, but there is also excellent balance with the acid from the citrus and the bright, nearly floral flavor of the liqueur."

ingredients
- 2 ounces Blanco tequila
- 1/2 ounce grapefruit liqueuer
- 1/2 ounce cardamom syrup
- 2/3 ounce lime juice
- 5 drops Wisecraft Orange bitters
Method
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled and then double strain into a glass that has been garnished with ground cardamom and fine sea salt.
