Glazed Sour Plum Duck

"I made Mum's Chinese Sour Plum Duck for Christmas dinner last night with the cousins after they requested for this dish instead of the usual Christmas turkey hah. Honestly one of the tastiest duck dishes to eat, not kidding! I don't cook Chinese food often (too much work) but childhood favourite dishes like these gets me every time.
