"Gf pie dough isn't usually so malleable, but I use a blend of flours, including tapioca, along with some eggs and it really helps to hold everything together. (Regular all-purpose flour recipe on there too!) You can omit the eggs to make this totally vegan friendly, but the dough may break a little easier. It'd still taste good though! ? I'm just so excited a have a slice of pie to eat for, I mean after, dinner!! "
