Burrata Crostini with Black Garlic
Easy-to-make crostini, slathered with smokey black garlic and creamy burrata, perfectly paired with pungent olive oil and Maldon sea salt flakes! -@whisksandwildflowers

  • 1 loaf sliced sourdough
  • 1 bulb whole black garlic
  • 1 (8 oz) ball sliced burrata
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maldon sea salt


  • Step 1

    Slice sourdough loaf into thick pieces, and toast slices of bread until golden

  • Step 2

    Spread black garlic over crostini, and top with thick slices of burrata

  • Step 3

    Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Enjoy
