ingredients
- 1 loaf sliced sourdough
- 1 bulb whole black garlic
- 1 (8 oz) ball sliced burrata
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maldon sea salt
Method
Step 1
Slice sourdough loaf into thick pieces, and toast slices of bread until golden
Step 2
Spread black garlic over crostini, and top with thick slices of burrata
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Enjoy
