Four Ingredient Easter Chocolate Bark

  • 3 1/2 ounces melted dark chocolate
  • 3 1/2 ounces melted milk chocolate
  • 6 ounces Cadbury mini chocolate eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt


  • Step 1

    Chop the dark and milk chocolate into small pieces. Melt them in separate bowls in the microwave. Do this in 20 second intervals until chocolate is melted

  • Step 2

    Add the two chocolates in one bowl, but combine them ever so slightly

  • Step 3

    Use a flat surface that will fit in your freezer and cover it with baking paper. I used a medium sized chopping board as a flat surface

  • Step 4

    Pour the melted chocolate on the baking paper and spread it out evenly with a spatula to form a rectangular shape. You want to make the chocolate layer quite thin. Keep a tablespoon of the chocolate for later

  • Step 5

    Gently crush half of the Cadbury mini eggs and sprinkle them on the melted chocolate. Add the rest of the mini eggs whole on the chocolate

  • Step 6

    Drizzle the one tablespoon of chocolate you had kept aside over the mini eggs

  • Step 7

    Sprinkle the salt

  • Step 8

    Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
