"Saturday morning smoothie bowl on fire!! A raspberry/ginger smoothie with extra everything! And so happy I finally found Swedish bee pollen from @motherearth.se in my local grocery store last week. I guess it’s been around for a while, I just hadn’t noticed. They say that local bee pollen is supposed to be better for you (can even cure pollen allergies?) + I think it’s a shame that we import so many so called ”superfoods” instead of utilizing local produce. So big thumb up for this!"

Raspberry Ginger Smoothie
1 packet coconut yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
2 small dates (or 1 medjool)
large chunk of fresh ginger
1/4 avocado
2 Tbsp hemp protein
water + ice to adjust consistency

Directions:

Blend on high in a @vitamix until smooth. Serve topped with granola, bee pollen, freeze dried raspberries, dried rose petals, coconut flakes, toasted buckwheat, walnut butter and blood oranges!
