"Happy Saturday & Canada day to my friends back home! I said a sad goodbye to my boyfriend yesterday (long distance ), and can't believe this trip is coming to an end in a week. But before I go back to reality, I'm spending some more time with my dad + then meeting one of my best friends in one of my favorite cities. Can you guys guess where ? // In my bowl: oatmeal mixed with plain Greek yogurt + a touch of honey, topped with banana, raspberries, blueberries, cherries picked from the garden + a scoop of PB. "

Ingredients

1 cup milk of choice (dairy, coconut or almond)

2 1/2 cups water

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

pinch of salt

toppings: sliced banana, sliced cherres, peanut butter, raspberries & blueberries

Directions

Bring milk and water to a simmer, add oats & salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes

Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
