Lox Pizza with Tartar Sauce, Capers, Gherkins and Feta Cheese

  • 1 store bought, ready-to-eat pizza crust
  • 1 cup homemade tartar sauce (recipe follows) or store bought
  • 2 ea beef steak or heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 purple onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 5 ea radishes, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz your favorite lox, torn
  • 1 cup gherkins, halved
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 bunch dill, torn
  • 1/4 cup crumbled or grated feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • Tartar Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Tartar Sauce
  • 11/2 Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped gherkin pickles
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to season


  • Step 1

    Spread the tartar sauce all over the pizza crust. Top with Tomatoes, onions, radishes, lox, gherkins, and capers. Next add the freshly torn dill, crumbled feta, and optional everything seasoning to finish. Cut into wedges and serve!

    Directions for Tartare sauce - Place all ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.
