  • 1 Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip LÄRABAR
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • Date syrup (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Begin by chopping up a Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip LÄRABAR into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

  • Step 2

    In a high-speed blender or food processor, add the water, frozen bananas, pitted Medjool dates, hemp seeds, and cacao powder.

  • Step 3

    Blend until smooth and creamy. Stop a few times and scrap the sides down in between blending.

  • Step 4

    Once blended, add your nice cream to a bowl and top with the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip LÄRABAR pieces. Drizzle with date syrup if desired.
