Raw Candy Corn Cheesecake

"So I meant to share this candy corn cheesecake recipe on the blog today, but instead my day got totally hijacked by tomatoes! It's been so unexpectedly cold here that all 20 gallons of them froze on the porch and needed quick rescuing... Been in the kitchen all day, made a thousand sauces, curries, bakes, casseroles, stews, and chutney, broke all 4 elements on my stove {no idea how. must have blown a fuse... }, got tomato spatter all over ...but after hours and hours of work and a packed freezer I only actually went through about a third of the tomatoes so far... Talk about a day not going as planned... Hope your week has been off to a more relaxed start. At least this delicious cake kept me company "
