Whipped Feta Sauce:

ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Skewers:

ingredients

  • 1 package Crave House Plant-Based Italian-Style Meatballs, thawed per package directions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 orange bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • fresh parsley, chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    If using wooden skewers, soak in water 1 hour before grilling.

  • Step 2

    In a food processor, blend feta, yogurt, olive oil and lemon juice until smooth. Sauce can be made one day ahead, kept refrigerated.

  • Step 3

    Preheat an outdoor grill. Rub meatballs with olive oil.

  • Step 4

    Skewer Crave House Plant-Based Italian-Style Meatballs, peppers, and onions. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-8 minutes until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165℉.

  • Step 5

    Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Serve skewers with whipped feta sauce.
