Garlicky Greens with Toast and Fried Egg

Ingredients
1 large handful chopped kale
1 large handful baby spinach
1 small garlic clove, minced
olive oil, as needed
salt and pepper, to taste
1 slice of bread of choice, toasted
1 egg
1 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp mayo
Directions
Add olive oil to a saute pan and heat for about 30 seconds. Add garlic, then add kale and spinach. Season to taste with salt and pepper and cook until wilted. Add to a plate and wipe out your pan.
Set pan back on heat and add a bit more olive oil. Add egg, season with salt and pepper and cook to your liking. Meanwhile, mix the mayo and sriracha together and slather on the toast. Top toast with the fried egg and serve with garlicky greens.
