Nutella S'mores Bars

Ingredients:
1 sleeve (9 sheets) graham crackers
1 cup + 2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 sticks of unsalted butter, room temp
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (or paste, my fave)
1 cup nutella
3.5 oz marshmallow fluff (about half of the typical container)

Directions:

**PRE-BAKING STEPS: (1) Allow butter to come to room temp (2) Preheat oven to 350 (3) Pulverize graham crackers in a food processor until finely, evenly ground (4) Butter & parchment paper an 8x8 pan


1. Combine ground graham cracker grounds with flour and salt.
2. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. I did this by hand, but you can use a mixer too. 
3. Fold flour mixture in with butter mixture until combined.
4. Press 2/3 of the dough evenly into the pan to form the bottom crust.
5. Add nutella and spread into an even layer using an offset or rubber spatula. Try not to cry, things are getting pretty amazing.
6. Add small dollops of fluff all over (tip: spray two small metal spoons with cooking spray, scoop with one and use the other to remove the fluff from the spoon)
7. Crumble the rest of the dough into small pieces and sprinkle on top. Let some fluff peek out!
8. Bake 30-35 mins until the edges start to brown and the fluff gets puffy.
9. Be strong and let these cool while you hover above them & breathe heavily.
