ingredients
- 10 ounces ahi tuna cut into small dice
- 1 tablepoons chopped chives
- 1/4 cup peeled, seeded cucumber cut into small dice
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon furikake seasoning
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Chinese chili oil
- 1 teaspoon lite soy sauce
- dash salt and pepper
- 2 tablepoons fried shallots
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl add the tuna, chives, cucumber, ginger and garlic and toss to combine. Add the furikake, sesame oil, chili oil, soy sauce and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Spoon the poke into a serving bowl and garnish with some of the fried shallots.
