- 3 ounces prosciutto
- 1 avocado, sliced, for serving
- 1 white peach, sliced, for serving
- 8 ounces burrata, torn
- 1/2 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Flakey sea salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1
Arrange the prosciutto, avocado, peaches, and torn burrata on a plate. Garnish with shallots, basil leaves, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
