"Been seeing so many different summery peach salads so I wanted to make my own! πŸ‘ Honestly the plate would've been much more colorful with yellow peaches, but I just don't like them as much! πŸ™Š . Prosciutto, white peach, avocado, shallot, basil, and (most importantly) burrata! Added some balsamic glaze before devouring and it was so good."

ingredients

  • 3 ounces prosciutto
  • 1 avocado, sliced, for serving
  • 1 white peach, sliced, for serving
  • 8 ounces burrata, torn
  • 1/2 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Flakey sea salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Arrange the prosciutto, avocado, peaches, and torn burrata on a plate. Garnish with shallots, basil leaves, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
