Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 275 F degrees.
Step 2
Stack Finlandia Imported Gouda Slices. Cut into quarters. Place on a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Use a straw to poke a hole in the center of each Gouda square. Bake 45 minutes on middle rack, until crisp and bubbling. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with flaky salt. Cool and serve.
