Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 3 cups Whole Milk
  • 6 tablespoons Castor Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Thandai Masala

Method

  • Step 1

    Add 3 cups of whole milk to a heavy bottom pot on a medium flame.

  • Step 2

    To this add 4 Tbsp's of Thandai Masala. Mix well. Make sure there are no lumps.

  • Step 3

    Once the milk starts to simmer add sugar. Mix well.

  • Step 4

    Now let the milk simmer for about 10 mins. Stir in between to make sure, milk doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.

  • Step 5

    Strain it and let it cool. Once completely cool, store in an airtight glass bottle in the refrigerator.

  • Step 6

    The milk stays fresh for up to 3-4 days. Enjoy Cold.

ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Almonds
  • 1/2 cups Cashews
  • 1/3 cups Pistachios
  • 1/3 cups Green Cardamoms
  • 1 tablespoons Whole Black Peppercorns
  • 1/2 cups Dried Rose Petals
  • 1 tablespoons Fennel Seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoons White Poppy Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoons Saffron
  • 1/4 cups Milk Powder
