Most of us are lacking of Vit E in our daily diet do adding wheat germ to your breakfast will help you reach your daily target!"

Ingredients:

150 gr (1 cup) unsweetened plain soy yogurt or soy milk

1 medium frozen banana

25 gr (5 tsps) wheat germ (or 35 gr (7 tsps) oats)

15 gr (3 tsps) raw cacao powder

20 gr (4 tsps) peanut butter

10 gr (2 tsps) cacao nibs

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

a pinch of salt

optional: pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender except cacao nibs, and pulse until smooth. Add the cacao nibs and top with more banana and peanut butter.
