- 1 brown sugar cube
- 2 dashes citrus bitters
- 1 barspoon water
- 2 slices grilled peach
- 2 ounces Glen Moray Sherry Cask Finish
Add the sugar cube, bitters and water to an old fashioned glass and muddle until the sugar cube is broken down. Add peach slices and Glen Moray Sherry Cask Finish and stir until the sugar is mostly dissolved. Add a large ice cube and stir a little bit more!
