Retro chic. We've been cooking simple, easy and budget friendly meals these past few weeks, so I knew my Tuna Noodle Casserole with Broccoli would love to join in. Enough to feed a crowd, I divided the latest batch and Jim delivered one to his parents. It's not heavy, thanks to heaps of veggies. There's no canned soup, no cream cheese, but it's still creamy, cheesy and has a kicky crunchy breadcrumb topping.

Guys, yesterday was a lovely day for us. No work, I stepped away from my phone, and spent it with Jim, and friends via Zoom. I wish I could tell you what that felt like. 😚 So I'll try and catch up on what I missed, today.
