"With so much unrest in the world, it is only apt to have a bright and cheery post, with this beautiful Cherry Blossom Cake! 😊🌸 I am no Cake baker, but I do love making them! Spring is upon us in a few weeks but the cherry blossoms are already in bloom across my area, and I was inspired to create this 3-tiered cake! It’s made with Sakura extract in the cake and the buttercream, and there is a layer of cherry blossom jam between the top two layers and lychee curd between the bottom two layers. They cherry blossom flavor is subtle but you will get it! Meanwhile you can buy the Sakura extract and lots of other cherry blossom 🌸products from this Japanese online store.
