- 2 cups Harina Pan ( pre-cooked corn meal)
- 4 cups warm water
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1/ 2 teaspoons spirulina powder
- 1/ 2 teaspoons beet powder
- 1/ 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1/ 2 teaspoons pea powder
Add the water and salt to a large bowl, begin to add the cornmeal slowly while mixing, combine well until you have a firm dough ( firm but moist).
Divide the dough in four, make four different color dough adding one superfood each to get one blue, one pink, one yellow, and one green. Using your hands make small balls and place them on an oiled sprayed hot cast iron pan or panini press, flip the on both sides if using cast iron. Cook them for 4 - 6 min. Enjoy them, with avocado, hummus, cashew cheese, tofu scramble, any topping of your liking!
