"YOU WILL NEED:
2 zucchinis
3 onions
3 or 4 tomatoes (depending on the size)
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Some chilli flakes or paprika
Some thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp of organic white wine
Preheat the oven to 180'C. Peel and cut all the vegetables into slices, then put some olive oil in a baking tray and add your vegetables in stripes: zuchini onion tomato and repeat until the plate is full. Then drizzle the olive oil and white wine on top of the vegetables and sprinkle some chilli, thyme, salt and pepper. Bake it for approximately 15 minutes until the vegetables are well cooked.
