Crispy Tofu and Coconut Broth
You make a spicy, salty, coconut-y broth and pour a beautiful golden moat of it around some cooked quinoa, roasted broccoli, and that super crunchy tofu. Then you shower the whole thing with green onions, cilantro, black pepper, sesame seeds, and lime juice 🤝. Not a stew, not a grain bowl... a broth bowl! ☺️ It's a great thing.
