ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) wild Salmon filets
  • 4 tablespoon harissa paste
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat your broiler and line a baking sheet with tin foil.

  • Step 2

    In a small bowl, mix together the harissa paste and maple syrup.

  • Step 3

    Place salmon skin side down on baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Divide half the harissa mixture among each salmon filet, spreading it into an even layer.

  • Step 4

    Broil for about 7 minutes, then add the remaining harissa mixture and broil for an additional 1-2 minutes to set the glaze. Serve over cauliflower rice, if desired.
