We’ve had a lot of good blueberry muffins, but let’s be honest, the best part is ALWAYS the top. We used Driscoll’s Organic Blueberries to create these cream cheese and streusel stuffed blueberry muffins tops that are bursting with flavor thanks to the perfectly ripe blueberries. These are the perfectly packable breakfast option for busy summer mornings, but equally perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch at home.
If you prefer to go the traditional route, you could also baked these in a standard lined muffin tin but we promise you’ll miss all that golden brown goodness!
