Jalapeño-Kiwi-Cucumber Salsa

We used Health-Ade Kombucha's newest flavor, Jalapeño-Kiwi-Cucumber, to make this fresh, vibrant, and spicy kiwi and cucumber salsa. It's perfect for an easy weeknight snack, but elegant enough to put on top of salmon for your next #SummerDinnerParty!

Recipe

Serves 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
1 cucumber, seeded and diced
2 kiwi, peeled and diced
½ jalapeño, mined
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1 avocado, peeled and diced
3 large strawberries, diced
Juice of one lime
½ cup Health-Ade Jalapeño-Kiwi-Cucumber Kombucha
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 
Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions
Add the cucumber, kiwi, jalapeño, scallions, avocado, strawberries and lime juice to a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then add the Health-Ade Jalapeño-Kiwi-Cucumber and stir to combine. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
