8 large peaches, pitted and sliced
8-9 heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 bunch fresh basil
4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
16 oz fresh burrata
olive oil, as needed
flaky salt and freshly ground black pepper
fresh bread, for serving
Arrange the tomatoes, peaches, basil and prosciutto on a platter at random or in a pattern. (We used the pattern tomato, peach, basil, tomato, peach, basil, prosciutto).
Place the burrata in the center and drizzle everything with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh bread. Enjoy!
