I am a one-pan kinda girl. No, seriously, I love nothing more than cooking recipes with under ten ingredients and the least amount of dishes. That’s why this crispy chicken dish by Daen from @daenskitchen caught my eye! It’s simple, requires only a few ingredients that pack a flavorful punch. Rendering the chicken skin side down yields the most perfectly crisp skin and all the drippings from the chicken make a delicious tangy sauce complete with notes of lemon and onion.

We broke down a whole leftover chicken from another shoot, but thighs and drumsticks would work just fine for this recipe. Add your favorite greens to finish and you have a quick weeknight meal ready in no time!
