Feedfeed Tip: When baking cheesecake, always be sure to set up a water bath in the oven. You can either carefully cover the bottom of your pan with tin foil (so no water seeps in) and then place it in a roasting pan with a few inches of water, or place a roasting pan full of water on the rack below your cheesecake in the oven. The water bath will create a moist cooking environment which can help prevent cracks from forming.
Feedfeed Tip: As evidenced by our root-to-stem carrot cake, you should put those carrot tops to good use! They make a perfect pesto, but they can also be used in smoothies, stocks/soups and in herbaceous sauces like chimichurri and gremolata.
