Vegetarian tacos have never packed so much flavor. Tofu crumbles get a warm scramble in a slew of fragrant spices, and the taco is garnished with a fresh pico de gallo, avocado slices, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime (recipe by @plantbasedblonde)
Ingredients Needed:
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 jalapeños
1/3 cup pico de gallo
1 tsp avocado oil
1 block firm or extra firm tofu
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked Paprika
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper
1 cup canned black beans
Corn tortillas, avocado slices, and any desired garnishes
