Happy Easter! It's time to celebrate warm weather, flowers in bloom, and home-cooked meals enjoyed with friends & family. 1 3-inch piece fresh ginger

1 3-inch piece fresh turmeric

1 (12 ounce) can non-alcoholic ginger beer

1 liter sparkling water

1 (20 ounce) can Del Monte® Deluxe Gold® Pineapple Slices

2 bunches asparagus

½ pound bacon

2 pounds boneless pork shoulder

1 red onion

1 bunch cilantro

12 corn tortillas

1 (10 ounce) can red or green enchilada sauce

This bubbly pineapple punch is sure to put a pep in your step with hints of fresh ginger and turmeric. Want to get a jump on your prep? You can make the purée up to 24 hours in advance, refrigerate, then top with ginger beer and sparkling water when ready to serve. Asparagus Wrapped in Bacon

Braised Pork Enchiladas with Pineapple Salsa by @lisathompson

Nothing says holiday more than a slow-cooked meal bursting with fresh flavors. Braise pork shoulder with chunks of Del Monte® Deluxe Gold® Pineapple with aromatics until fall-apart tender. The pineapple braised pork is smothered with pineapple enchilada sauce and Mexican-style cheese before it is baked to gooey perfection. Top it off with a bright pineapple salsa just before serving for a pop of sweet, herbaceous flavor.

They say a party without cake is just a meeting, so don’t be without this Honey Carrot Cake on Easter Sunday. The batter is packed with Del Monte® Deluxe Gold® Pineapple chunks, shredded carrots, toasted pecans or walnuts, shredded coconut, and cinnamon.
