We've got a meal plan filled with spring produce like peas, asparagus, and artichokes! Start the week off with fish cakes and spring peas, then ease into an easy sheet pan salmon dinner with asparagus on Tuesday night. We double down on the spring asparagus with a cozy brown butter pasta and finish off the week with a garlic butter chicken and braised artichokes
