Apple Loaf Cake (vegan)

"Starting the fall celebrations with this vegan apple cake. This one uses little oil and it is made with half/half mix of whole wheat flour. It came out at just the right consistency. Perfectly moist but not wet, fluffy but not spongy. Cake lovers will appreciate this one. The best part though, was the top. The apples on the top baked into a delightful texture. "
