  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 diced poblano pepper
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • Salt and black pepper, To Taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup garlic tomato sauce
  • 4 cups low sodium bone broth

Method

  • Step 1

    In a large skillet, heat oil. Then, add the ground beef. Mix in the chopped onion, garlic, poblano pepper, taco seasoning, cumin, salt, pepper, cilantro, chili, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add tomato and bone broth, mix to combine. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, then serve.
