ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Cask Aged Gin
  • 1/2 ounce maple syrup
  • 1/3 sherry
  • 2 dashes orange mandarin bitters
  • 1 dash aromatic bitters
  • Ice, for serving
  • Blood orange wheels, for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    In a cocktail shaker, stir the gin, maple syrup, sherry and bitters with plenty of ice.

  • Step 2

    Pour into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wheels and serve.
