- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups wonton strips
- 1 cup CPK Thai Dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Method
Step 1
In a large salad bowl, combine romaine lettuce, slaw mix, shredded carrots, bell pepper, edamame, chicken, scallions and wontons.
Step 2
Pour over the Thai dressing and toss to coat everything evenly.
