Bacon Wrapped Baked Egg Muffin Cups

INGREDIENTS
12 bread slices, toasted
12 bacon strips
1 dozen eggs
Scallions, minced
Red pepper flakes
Shredded cheese


DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400F.

Cut out small circles of toast and place in greased muffin tin. Wrap cooked bacon around the edge of each muffin cup. Crack an egg in each.

Bake for 10-15 minutes. Top with scallions, red pepper flakes and cheese.
