B-eetroot
B-ottle Gourd
C-arrot .
Method: Boil 1 beetroot chopped, 1/2 bottle gourd peeled & chopped 1/2 to 1 small carrot + 1 clove of garlic with a little salt + pinch of veg cube and enough water ( I prefer to cook in earthen pots)
When cooked- turn off flame. Add 2 small pieces of fresh raw 🥥 chopped (around 1 tbsp)+ 1 raw chopped 🍅+ 1/2 🌶(optional) + 4-5 curry leaves. Blend well. Finish with a tsp of butter and pepper to taste. Enjoy

Notes: Do not cook the tomato, curry leaves and coconut. If using a mixer grinder- Cool before blending or follow your blender instructions for hot liquids. In this case reheat just before eating (reheating a lot is although not recommended as it will kill all the good nutrients).
Add very little salt or no salt and no butter for a super healthy option.
