Red, Vibrant, Hot, Garlicky- This is the third of the 3 main chutneys/ condiments used in any #Indian kitchen (check the recipes for Coriander- mint & date tamarind chutney on my account)
These chutneys are especially used with chaat pakoda and snacks but, its so versatile I use it while making most dishes like indo-chinese dishes, meat marinations, sandwiches, stir fry’s, roast veggies...🤤

Here is the recipe of my 4 ingredient “Red Garlic Chutney” :

Ingredients
10-12 Dry Red #Kashmiri Chillies (soaked in hot water for 10-15 mins)
5 big cloves #Garlic or 8-10 small ones peeled
1/2 tsp roasted #Cumin /jeera powder
Mix of #Blacksalt and normal #Salt to taste .
Method:
Drain the water from the chilli and grind with remaining ingredients to a smooth paste. Add a little water while grinding (not a lot).
Store in a reused glass jar. Keep refrigerated. I like to coat the jar with a little oil while storing for longer shelf life. Use as required. Enjoy 💁🏽‍♀️
