Here is my Indo-Chinese “Baked Cauliflower 65”. I have baked the cauliflower instead of frying (u can opt for either or). Also, I have used Toban Djan sauce- u can use any spicy sauce of your preference. I love #tobandjan its this #Sichuan style spicy chilli and fermented broad bean sauce which I love and a must in my pantry🙌🏽🤤

Cooking Variations: if u think u dont have enough ingredients at home for the 65 sauce - After baking the cauliflower florets toss with some #barbecue or #periperi sauce and eat it will rice or salad or in a wrap. It tastes delicious on its own or just eat it with a dip or chutney. Do with #whatsinyourkitchen #whatsinyourfridge feel free to experiment.
