#whatsinmyfridge easy version of the “Bombay Veg Toast Sandwich”

Ingredients
Bread Slices
Boiled #potato sliced
Boiled #beetroot sliced
1 #tomato sliced
Coriander mint chutney (see recipe in previous posts)
Bombay #Sev to garnish (optional)
#Butter (optional)
#Cheese grated (optional)
#Chaatmasala or sandwich masala or just salt and pepper for seasoning
(I have used veggies what I have available at home- u can add anything)

Method:
Slightly toast 2 slices of bread on both sides. Apply butter on the inside. Top with a spread of the coriander mint chutney. Place the beetroot slices (+ pinch of seasoning), then the potato slices (seasoning), then the tomato (seasoning) lastly grate a little cheese (if using). Cover with the other buttered and chutney toast and press down.
Heat a Tawa, apply a little butter on the top of the 🥪 and toast again nicely on both sides (take care while flipping over). Garnish with the Sev. Serve with more chutney and tomato ketchup.
