Smoky Negroni Sour⁣

(12)
"There comes a juncture each winter where my efforts at overwintering the rosemary reach their inevitable sad conclusion. But it occurred to me that I have more than once been frustrated by my inability to get good smoke from a sprig of fresh green rosemary, and voila: perfect use of dried out, nearly-dead rosemary. That hint of foresty smoke was just perfect here, as was the floral/herbal Linden honey from Bee Seasonal's German collection!⁣⁣"
