chicken tikka

ingredients

  • 1/2 kilogram boneless chicken thigh
  • 1/4 cups greek yougurt
  • 1 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoons gram flour
  • 1 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • tortilla to serve

pomegranate salsa

ingredients

  • 1/2 cups pomegranate arils
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/3 cups chopped cucucumber
  • 1/4 cups chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

lime jalapeno crema

ingredients

  • 1 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeno
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt

pomegranate salsa method

Method

  • Step 1

    for pomegranate salsa. Add pomegranate arils in a bowl add finely chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber & cilantro to the bowl. Now add lime juice & salt mix it well and keep it aside.

lime jalapeno method

  • Step 1

    for lime jalapeno crema. In a bowl add sour cream, salt, lime juice & finely chopped garlic & finely chopped jalapeno. Mix it well & keep it aside.

chicken tikka method

  • Step 1

    In a large bowl add yogurt, red chilli, cumin, coriander, garam masala powder, ginger & garlic paste, tomato paste, lime juice & salt. Mix it well.

  • Step 2

    Add chicken to the bowl that is cut into small pieces & water is drained completely. Now add gram flour & mix it well. Cover it & refrigerate for 4-5 hour or up to 24 hours.

  • Step 3

    Heat griller on high heat. Add 1 tbsp oil now add marinated chicken. Lower the heat to medium grill chicken 3 - 4 min each side or until cooked & golden brown. Transfer to plate & cover with foil & let it rest for 4-5 mins. On a warm tortilla, add Chicken, salsa & Lime Jalapeno Crema & enjoy.
