"Middle Eastern Spiced Chicken Bowls with Creamy Garlic & Honey Yogurt Sauce . Bringing you my all time favourite healthy grilled chicken bowl. Super flavourful, so delicious & very easy to make 😍. Serving 3 Ingredients Chicken thigh (cuts in cubes) - 1/2kg Extra virgin olive oil - 2tbsp Cinnamon powder - 1/2tsp Paprika - 1tsp Cumin powder - 1tsp Clove minced - 1-2 Lime juice - 1/2lime Sumac - 1tsp Parsley finely chopped handful Salt - 1tsp For Honey Yogurt dressing Yogurt - 1cup Honey warm- 2tbsp Vinegar - 1tsp Lemon juice - 1tbsp Garlic minced - 1 Salt to taste For Salad Roman lettuce shredded - 6cups Cherry tomatoes - 1cups Handful of fresh herbs - parsley or cilantro Cucumber chopped - 1cup Method : In large bowl, add Chicken, olive oil, paprika, cinnamon, cumin powder, sumac, garlic, parsley, lime juice & salt. Mix well and marinate for 1-2 hours. Meanwhile prepare yogurt dressing. In another bowl combine, yougurt, honey, lemon juice, vinegar, minced garlic and salt. Mix well and refrigerate. Heat griller on medium high heat. Take skewers and thread the chicken pieces on. Cook 4 mins each side or until golden each side. Assemble the salad. Add lettuce, tomatoes, herbs & cucumber. You can add pine nuts if you wish. Add chicken & drizzle your yogurt dressing. Serve immediately & enjoy."
